Mini Zucchini Burger

One little portion

Between two zucchini wedges lies a slice of beef patties and melted cheese.

Recipe:

What do you need?

  • Zucchini
  • Cheese (your choice)
  • Beef mince
  • Pepper
  • salt
  • onions
  • Other spices depending on your taste

How to make it:

  • First cut the onions and the zucchini.
  • Then put the meat, onions, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  • Now form the meat into flat balls and put them in a hot pan with oil and fry them.
  • While the meat is frying, crisp the zucchini in a second pan.
  • When both are done, put one piece of meat on top of one half of the zuccini.
  • Melt the cheese and put it on the meat, then finish the burger and put the second slice of zucchini on top.
